Therapeutic support for children experiencing mental health difficulties and children with autism (verbal and non verbal), ADHD and Asperger's syndrome.

Catered for each chid individual to their needs , using toys, sensory and art activities.

Life story work helps children to build an understanding of their lives , ideal for children in a care setting or those living in temporary foster care.

How long are counselling sessions? and what is the cost?

Counselling sessions typically last 45 minutes £50 online or £65 in person,or longer sessions of  60mins,in person only £75, the duration can be adjusted based on your needs and preferences.

All play therapy sessions are 45 mins £50 per session

Is online counselling as effective as in-person sessions?
Research shows that online counselling can be just as effective as in-person sessions, providing the same level of support and guidance.

What can I expect in my first counselling session?

Before beginning your counselling journey we will have a 20 min free chat to discuss your needs and expectations prior to your first counselling session, you can expect to discuss your goals, challenges, and expectations. It's an opportunity to get to know each other and establish a therapeutic partnership.
